Schools, 5th – 7th grade
Students will be introduced to the museum’s history and the period in which Poul la Cour worked. They will watch a demonstration of our wind tunnel and see the effect of lift on a wind turbine blade, as well as see the cratostate in operation.
The students will also receive a general talk about energy.
Duration: Approximately 1 hour.
Students will also build a cardboard wind turbine.
Duration: Approximately 45 minutes.
